In contrast to many private hosts on popular apartment letting platforms we strictly follow the rules and fully respect federal and local tenancy laws. For each tenancy we issue invoices according to Austrian fiscal law which makes our apartments attractive for business purposes. On request we can also provide baby bed and high chair which makes our flats an ideal family retreat for your stay in Vienna.
